Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in TRIANA Biomedicine’s lead discovery efforts, leveraging our novel discovery platform to pursue high‑value disease targets. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute cellular and biochemical assays that drive early-stage molecular glue discovery.

As a central member of a highly matrixed research team, you will help shape the data packages that advance early hits into our therapeutic pipeline. This position offers the opportunity to influence scientific direction as both a hands‑on bench scientist and an internal thought leader.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Chemical Biology, or a related field (5+ years of experience); or M.S./B.S. with significant industry experience (12+ years of experience).

  • Demonstrated expertise in cellular and/or biochemical assay development and execution.

  • Strong background in mechanism‑of‑action studies, biophysics, target validation, or early drug discovery.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary research environments.

  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with targeted protein degradation, molecular glue mechanisms, or related modalities.

  • Core expertise in oncology with experience in immunology therapeutic discovery a strong plus

  • Familiarity with high‑throughput screening, automation, or complex assay platforms.

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior scientists is a plus

Base Salary Range: $145k-$155k
