TRI-611 Clinical Trial

TRI-611

TRI-611 is an investigational program currently being evaluated in clinical trials for patients with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (ALK+ NSCLC).

Trial Background

TRI-611 is an orally administered, investigational therapy specifically designed to target and degrade ALK fusion proteins. These abnormal proteins are the underlying cause of tumor growth and resistance pathways in patients diagnosed with ALK+ NSCLC.

Trial Design

The ongoing Phase 1/2 clinical trial is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of TRI-611 in patients with ALK+ NSCLC. The Phase 1 portion consists of a dose escalation design enrolling ALK+ NSCLC patients previously treated with standard of care ALK TKI therapies. The Phase 2 portion will further evaluate efficacy and safety at the recommended dose across different patient cohorts.
